The 2014-2015 school year is in full swing.  Homecoming was held on
Friday and Saturday, September 26 and 27.  North played West and WON the Homecoming game.   The Homecoming Parade was again held this year with participation from the “feeder” schools into North, the sport teams and clubs at North, and several business that support North High.   The parade started at 4 p.m. at 32nd and Perry Street and went east on 32nd Avenue to Zuni and then back to North High.  The Homecoming Dance was held in the gym at North on Saturday evening.    The North Side High School Alumni Association participated in the Homecoming Parade.

The North High Birthday Dinner sponsored by the North Side High School Alumni Association will be held on Friday, October 24.  The dinner is catered by Stellar Catering and is held in the Viking Palace (North Lunchroom).  Dinner is at 6 p.m. with a program and birthday celebration following dinner.  Reservations can be made by phoning Dorolyn at 303-234-0569 or by email to dorogrieb@comcast.net and are due by Tuesday, October 21.  Dinner includes lasagna, salad, bread, beverage and birthday cake.  Cost of the dinner is $8.75 per person.

Following the holidays, the Association and Scholarship Foundation focus on the scholarship application and selection process for North High students.   Scholarships are awarded in the spring.  Each member of the North Side High School Alumni Association may take pride in the support given to the Alumni Scholarship Program by the Alumni Association.

The North Side High School Annual Meeting is held in March of each year at North High.   Stellar Catering caters dinner. The recognition awards are presented to recipients following the dinner.

A highlight of each year is the Annual All-Classes Reunion at Lakeside Amusement Park.  It will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015.    We will have the Ol’ Milwaukee Barbeque.  A reduced ride price for the wrist tags will be available.   Dinner is held in the Royal Pavilion and is served at 6 p.m.   It is a wonderful way to spend an evening under the stars with classmates.   
The Alumni Center houses a collection of yearbooks.  People who wish to view past yearbooks may do so in the Alumni Center during the school year on Tuesday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 noon under the supervision of the Alumni Center Board.
Association and Scholarship Foundation meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month in the Alumni Center at North High during the school year.   The Scholarship Foundation meets at 6 p.m. and the Alumni Association meets at 7 p.m.
Friday Morning Coffee is held every Friday morning at Common Grounds, 2139 West 44th Avenue which is near 44th Avenue and Vallejo.  Alums and friends of North group meet from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.    Drop by for good coffee and conversation.
