Principal Scott Wolf Wins Award

from the Colorado Music Educators Association

        Principal Scott Wolf was presented the award at the Annual Conference of the Colorado Music Educators Association Annual Conference at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs.  Mark Hudson, past president of CMEA, presented the award to Principal Wolf for his exemplary work supporting the arts at North High School.  Principal Wolf was nominated by the North High Music Department for his focus on the whole child when prioritizing budgets and opportunities for student at North High.
        Principal Wolf, in his acceptance speech, noted that music gives students the chance to learn from each other and understand differing perspectives.  He noted that in a world that is increasingly divided, what students learn in the various music classes helps bring people together in unique and important ways.
